Google Domains / Squarespace

Takes about 5 minutes — you only do this once.

Open domains.squarespace.com →
Heads up: Google Domains was acquired by Squarespace in 2023. Your domain is now managed at domains.squarespace.com — sign in with the same Google account you always used.

Log in

Go to domains.squarespace.com and sign in with your Google account.

Select your domain

Click your domain name from the list.

Open DNS settings

Click DNS in the left sidebar.

Find nameservers

Scroll to the Nameservers section. Click Edit.

Enter your nameservers

Remove existing entries. Enter the two nameserver values from your MachSites setup email, one per line.

Save

Click Save.

Good to know: If you don't see a DNS option, make sure you're signed in with the Google account that originally registered the domain.

After you save

DNS changes typically propagate within 1–4 hours, sometimes faster. Once your domain is live, we'll send a confirmation and your client portal will activate.
