Namecheap

Takes about 5 minutes — you only do this once.

Log in

Go to namecheap.com and sign in.

Open Domain List

Click Domain List in the left sidebar. Find your domain and click Manage.

Find nameservers

On the domain page, find the Nameservers section. You'll see a dropdown set to "Namecheap BasicDNS" or similar.

Switch to Custom DNS

Click the dropdown and select Custom DNS.

Enter your nameservers

Two fields will appear. Enter the nameserver values from your MachSites setup email — one per field.

Save

Click the green checkmark to save.

Good to know: Namecheap is one of the fastest registrars to propagate — most clients see their new site live within 30 minutes.

After you save

DNS changes typically propagate within 1–4 hours, sometimes faster. Once your domain is live, we'll send a confirmation and your client portal will activate.
