Takes about 10 minutes — you only do this once.

Open manage.wix.com →
Heads up: If your site is hosted on Wix AND your domain is registered through Wix, you'll need to disconnect the domain first. Reply to your setup email before starting — we'll walk you through it.

Log in

Go to manage.wix.com and sign in.

Open Domains

In the left sidebar, click Domains. Find your domain and click Manage.

Find nameservers

Click the Advanced tab, then click Update Nameservers.

Enter your nameservers

Delete existing entries. Enter the two nameserver values from your MachSites setup email.

Save

Click Update to confirm.

Good to know: Wix can be tricky if the domain is tied to an active Wix site. When in doubt, reply to your setup email before making changes.

After you save

DNS changes typically propagate within 1–4 hours, sometimes faster. Once your domain is live, we'll send a confirmation and your client portal will activate.
