MachSites provides website rebuild and hosting management services for small businesses. We rebuild slow, outdated websites as fast, performance-optimized versions — same look, dramatically faster. Services include one-time site rebuilds and ongoing monthly management plans. A full description of each plan is available on our Pricing page.
All one-time build fees are charged in full before work begins. Monthly plans are billed on a recurring basis starting on your signup date. By checking "I agree to the Terms of Service" at checkout, you are entering into a binding agreement under these terms — no separate signature is required. Prices may be updated with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
Your build is considered delivered when we send you a staging link (a live preview URL) showing your completed site. This is your delivery — not the moment your domain goes live. The 5-business-day window runs from when we receive your completed onboarding form to when we send that staging link.
The delivery clock does not start until your onboarding form is fully submitted. Delays caused by incomplete information, missing credentials, or non-response do not count against our delivery window.
If we miss the 5-day window due to circumstances on our end, we will issue a full refund. No exceptions — we stand behind that commitment.
When your staging link is delivered, you have 48 hours to request changes. If we do not hear back within 48 hours, your build is considered approved and we will proceed with DNS transfer instructions. This protects both parties — it keeps your launch on schedule and gives us a clear record of approval.
Requested changes within the review window must fall within the tweak scope described in Section 5. Structural changes or redesign requests are quoted separately.
All builds include a 30-day tweak window after your site goes live. Tweaks include: text corrections, image swaps, phone numbers, hours, pricing updates, minor layout adjustments, and similar small edits. What tweaks do not include: new pages, structural navigation changes, redesign requests, new functionality, or anything requiring a developer build. Those are quoted separately.
Going live requires pointing your domain's nameservers to our infrastructure. We provide step-by-step instructions specific to your domain registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Google Domains, etc.). The actual nameserver change is your responsibility — we do not have access to your registrar account unless you explicitly grant it.
If you cannot access your domain registrar, we will help you recover access or coordinate with your previous web provider — but delays caused by third-party registrar issues, locked accounts, or uncooperative previous vendors are outside our control and do not affect the delivery status of your build.
Your completed staging link is your proof of delivery regardless of DNS status.
We audit your existing site for third-party tools — email forms, booking widgets, analytics pixels, chat tools, review badges, and similar embeds — and preserve them in your new build. We are not responsible for third-party service outages, expired accounts, changed APIs, or broken integrations that existed on your old site prior to our rebuild.
If a third-party integration stops working after launch due to a change on that service's end (MailChimp, Calendly, Google, etc.), that is outside our scope. We are happy to help troubleshoot on a best-effort basis, but it is not covered under your build or monthly plan.
MachSites rebuilds do not include: e-commerce or shopping cart functionality, membership or login-gated content, custom database integrations, HIPAA compliance work, or complete redesigns. We rebuild what exists — we don't redesign or add features that weren't there. If your project has unusual requirements, contact us before purchasing.
Full refund: if we miss the 5-day delivery window for reasons on our end.
No refund: once a staging link has been delivered, regardless of DNS status or launch date.
Partial credit (toward future work): if you are unable to complete DNS transfer within 30 days of staging delivery and choose not to proceed. Your build will be archived for 60 days before being deleted.
Monthly plans: cancel any time from your client portal. No partial-month refunds. Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period.
If your onboarding form is not completed within 14 days of purchase, we will attempt to contact you three times. If there is no response, your project will be placed on hold. Projects on hold for more than 60 days without contact will be cancelled with no refund issued, as work may have already begun on asset extraction and preparation.
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time from your client dashboard or by emailing hello@machsites.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
If you cancel your monthly plan, your site will remain hosted on our infrastructure for 30 days after your final billing period. After that, hosting will be discontinued. We will provide you with a copy of your site files upon request so you can migrate to another host.
Upon full payment, you own your site's code, content, and assets. MachSites retains the right to reference your project as a portfolio case study — including before/after performance scores and general business category — unless you request otherwise in writing. We will never publish your business name or identifying information without permission.
You are responsible for: completing the onboarding form accurately and in full, responding to staging review requests within 48 hours, completing DNS transfer steps when provided, and maintaining access to your domain registrar. You are also responsible for ensuring your existing site's content does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights. We reproduce what you give us — any legal issues with your original content are your responsibility.
MachSites is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost revenue, lost leads, or business interruption — arising from delays, downtime, or service issues outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after that date constitutes acceptance.
